Our In-House Milled Grain

We proudly mill our grain in-house from different farmers in the states of Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota & Colorado. Depending on the time of year and availability of  wheat varieties, we bake all of our bread and pastries with these Heirloom grains. You can also purchase these flour varieties for your own baking needs. As we continue to build relationships with new farmers, it's with love and passion that we continue to improve our agriculture systems around us.
