Moxie Bread Co.

Located in a historic 19th century home at the heart of Louisville, CO, our original storefront is first and foremost a community bakery. That begins with our Moxie family of bakers, pastry chefs, baristas and front-of-house staff, as well as the producer partners who quite literally fuel our work.

 
 
 

Moxie Feed + Seed

Inspired by the artisan culture of the North Boulder Arts District, our Feed + Seed location is a destination for not only fresh baked breads, pastries and coffee, but also a wide range of prepared foods and locally sourced ingredients. From culinary mushrooms, to duck eggs and local dairy products, to batik-printed textiles, fresh flowers and letterpress stationery, the mercantile side of our shop is an ever-evolving tribute to the creative talents of our community.

The Mill Site

Just steps from the Feed + Seed is our small-scale mill, where we proudly process all of Moxie’s grain in-house, in addition to providing freshly milled flour for retail and wholesale purchase. We source directly from family farms across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota, prioritizing organic heirloom varieties for their nutrient density and complexity of flavor.

 
 
 

Moxie Mercantile

Best known for its proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, the town of Lyons is an artistic enclave that bursts with creativity around every corner. Our eclectic Mercantile location serves as the local coffee shop and bakery for this incredible community, while also offering on-the-go breakfast and snacks to travelers headed toward the park.
