Cheese Importers in Longmont is arguably one of Boulder County’s most beloved mainstays—opening just a few years before we founded our flagship Louisville bakery. So when the opportunity to collaborate on a small northern Moxie outpost came to our attention, it seemed almost too good to be true.

Building off the delightful, eurocentric curation and decor of Cheese Importers, Moxie Longmont offers a distinctly Parisian twist on our typical hippie-chic style. Our small-but-mighty space still stocks all the favorites items you know and love, from freshly baked breads and pastries, to coffee drinks, sandwiches and sweets. 

Yet the undeniable pièce de résistance is the property’s expansive outdoor patio, inviting guests to bask in the sunshine year-round. It’s the perfect place to savor a chocolate croissant and a café au lait—or to tear into a freshly baked baguette, paired with charcuterie and cheese.
